The 50th Annual General Meeting of BELIMO Holding AG was held on March 24, 2025. 529 shareholders accepted the invitation from Belimo Group and gathered at the ENTRA event location in Rapperswil (Switzerland). The Belimo Group achieved strong results, consistently executing its growth strategy and leveraging opportuni-ties in data centers and the renovation market. In 2024, net sales grew 13.1% in local currencies and 9.9% in Swiss francs to CHF 943.9 million.

The Board of Directors of the BELIMO Holding AG announces the retirement of James Furlong, Head of Group Division Americas and member of the Executive Committee, effective February 28, 2026. This marks the conclusion of a decade of exemplary leadership and significant contributions to the Belimo Group.

The Board of Directors of the BELIMO Holding AG has appointed Sandra Pitt (53) as a member of the Ex-ecutive Committee with effect from January 1, 2025. Sandra Pitt assumed her position as Head of Global Human Resources (HR) and a member of the extended Executive Committee in January 2022. Over the last two and a half years, she has made a significant contri-bution to Belimo's success and further expanded her impressive track record in HR leadership positions. This organizational change will enable an even more active shaping of the Belimo culture that aligns with the company's growth strategy.

In the first half of 2024, Belimo achieved net sales growth of 9.7% in local currencies versus the first half of 2023, supported by positive trends such as energy efficiency measures in existing buildings and the growth of data centers. In Swiss francs, net sales increased by 5.6% to CHF 473.5 million, supported by the return of volume growth, as well as further positive contributions from product mix and pricing. With that, the Company’s solid organic growth trajectory continues in 2024 despite ongoing economic challeng-es in several major countries and vertical markets.

The 49th Annual General Meeting of BELIMO Holding AG was held on March 25, 2024. 488 share-holders accepted the invitation from Belimo Group and gathered at the ENTRA event location in Rapperswil (Switzerland). Together with the Independent Voting Rights Representative, they repre-sented the votes of 8,476,230 or 68.9% of the Company’s shares.

Belimo achieved strong results and continued to deliver on its growth strategy despite complex economic conditions. Belimo pursued its long-term growth and investment strategy unwaveringly and successfully throughout 2023. Thanks to highly engaged employees and a strong network of suppliers, Belimo was able to master the year’s challenges exceptionally well.

Belimo demonstrated substantial sales growth in a year characterized by inflation pressures, rising interest rates, and slowing business momentum in the construction industry. In 2023, net sales grew 7.2% in local currencies and 1.4% in Swiss francs to CHF 858.8 million.

In the first half of 2023, Belimo posted continued net sales growth of 12.4% in local currencies versus the first half of 2022. In Swiss francs, net sales increased by 7.7% to CHF 448.4 million.

With double digit organic sales growth and stable operational results, 2022 was very successful for Belimo. Supply chain excellence was the most critical factor in mastering the year.

In a demanding market environment, the Group posted net sales of CHF 846.9 million, 11.9% ahead of last year in local currencies and 10.7% in Swiss Francs. Robust supply chain performance was a key success factor for this strong result. The Group was able to exceed its five-year sales revenue growth average (compound annual growth rate 2016-2021) of 8.8% in local currencies.

Belimo has achieved double-digit top-line growth and expanded margins in a recovering market, despite a challenging supply chain situation.

The year 2021 was excellent for Belimo, and double-digit top-line growth was achieved across all regions. The two long-term growth drivers – improved energy efficiency of the global building stock and enhanced indoor air quality requirements – were fuelled by pent-up demand. The resulting strong demand could be fulfilled thanks to the Group's excellent supply chain management.

With a faster-than-expected rebound in construction activity, Belimo has seen a rapid return to above-average sales growth in the first half of 2021. Belimo successfully maintained supplier and warehouse management, resulting in high product availability.

The Board of Directors of BELIMO Holding AG has appointed Dr. Adrian Staufer as the new Head of Group Division Europe and Member of the Executive Committee. On January 1, 2022, Adrian Staufer takes over from Lukas Eigenmann, who, as communicated in February 2021, has decided to step down from his current position by the end of 2021 after more than 36 years with Belimo. Lukas Eigenmann will continue to support the Group as a Senior Advisor.

Due to continuous high customer demand, the Belimo Group expects a substantial increase in sales and profitability for the first half-year of 2021 compared to the previous year period. However, the outlook for the full financial year 2021 remains uncertain.

The 46th Annual General Meeting of March 29, 2021 was again held without the participation of shareholders. In accordance with Ordinance 3 on measures to prevent the coronavirus (COVID-19) as of June 19, 2020, the Board of Directors had instructed that shareholders can exclusively issue power of attorney and voting instructions to the Independent Proxy.

In consequence of COVID-19 measures in some countries or regions, constraints in logistics start to increase again. However, if current conditions are to remain stable, we do not expect to experience any general increase in our product lead times or product availability. We continuously maintain high safety and hygiene measures in all our sites around the world to ensure a safe working environment. We would like to thank all our employees for their continued commitment, allowing us to maintain our high quality and product availability even in these turbulent times.

Belimo performed well in a highly uncertain environment and a contracting HVAC market. The Group managed to maintain sales in local currencies and expand market shares across regions.

Lukas Eigenmann, Head of the Group Division Europe and Member of the Executive Committee, has decided to step down from his current position by the end of 2021. He can look back at 12 successful years in his current role and at more than 36 committed years at Belimo in total. Lukas Eigenmann stays with the Company until the end of 2022 to ensure a successful transition to his successor. After that, he will remain available as an advisory for the Group.

The Belimo Group defied the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and maintained steady net sales in local cur-rencies (+/- 0.0 percent). In Swiss francs, net sales declined by -4.5 percent, to CHF 661.2 million.

Belimo completes a bolt-on acquisition of Opera Electronics Inc., a Montreal-based (Canada) specialist for air quality and gas sensors. The awareness for safety in buildings has been steadily increasing and safety-related products represent a growing global market. In the area of fire and smoke actuators, Belimo has reached a leading position. Another application that saves lives and helps to minimize damage to buildings and tangible assets is the monitoring of toxic gases. This requires reliable specialty air quality and gas sensors.

Facilio, a leading AI-driven property operations & maintenance (O&M) platform, and Belimo, a global market leader in HVAC field devices, announced a collaboration to enhance the buildings industry by delivering connected and sustainable environments.

The Board of Directors of BELIMO Holding AG has appointed Dr. Elena Cortona as the new CTO, Head of Group Division Innovation and Member of the Group Executive Committee. Elena Cortona takes over from Louis Scheidegger, Head of Group Division Production, who is leading the Group Division Innovation ad interim.

In the face of an unprecedented crisis, Belimo managed remarkably well in the first half-year of 2020. The Company was able to maintain superior service levels and high product availability throughout the COVID-19-pandemic. Overall, sales in the first half-year of 2020 declined by 5.6 percent to CHF 335.5 million. In local currencies, the Company saw sales contract by 1.4 percent.

Belimo Americas is excited to announce the integration of BACnet MS/TP communication capability for the ZIP Economizer.

Belimo Americas releases the newly optimized UBLK zone valve retrofit solutions. The UBLK retrofit kits are replacement solutions for existing failed actuators on TACO Zone Sentry® zone valves, Schneider Electric™ VBB ball valves, or TAC Erie™ VM zone valves with the Belimo compact CQ actuators.

The Annual General Meeting of March 30, 2020 approved all motions by the Board of Directors. All incumbent members of the Board of Directors were re-elected for a further term of office of one year. The shareholders also elected Stefan Ranstrand as a new member of the Board of Directors.

Belimo is looking back at a successful financial year. The Group has succeeded in achieving an operating income (EBIT) of CHF 123.9 million, which equates to an EBIT margin of 17.9 percent. Net income rose with respect to the comparison period by 40.5 percent to CHF 121.1 million.

The Board of Directors of BELIMO Holding AG will nominate Stefan Ranstrand for election to the previous five-member body at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The Belimo Group has closed another very successful year. In Swiss francs, net sales in 2019 rose by 7.8 percent to CHF 692.7 million. In currency-adjusted terms, this equals a 9.2 percent growth.

Belimo celebrates 100 Million Actuators delivered Worldwide, continuing its Success Story. All of these Products optimize Energy Efficiency in buildings without sacrificing Comfort. At the beginning of the year, Belimo delivered its 100 millionth actuator and in doing so reached another milestone in the Company's history. The Swiss World Market Leader for field devices for controlling and regulating heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems confirms its growth course by reaching this milestone as well as the demand for innovative products that sustainably increase comfort, energy efficiency and safety in buildings.

Belimo is expanding its global network of service locations and opening a new service and logistics center in Großröhrsdorf near Dresden (Germany). This will bring Belimo even closer to its customers in Germany and northern and eastern Europe, who can expect customer-specific adaptations and an increased readiness to deliver from the new location.

Belimo Americas released the Belimo Hydronic Simulator™; a tool that simulates a hydronic system in a 4-story building with five terminal units on each floor. The Simulator identifies and illustrates when the system needs to be balanced and how the adjusting of the valve could impact the entire system. The main purpose of the Hydronic Simulator is to educate on the importance of why pressure dependent valves are not recommended in a dynamic system.
