Working hours

Employees work 40 hours a week with a schedule dependent on the needs of their position. In Danbury, we have employees on three shifts.

Remuneration

Our staff receive competitive compensation packages which includes base wages and a target bonus structure. Employees compensation is reviewed on an annual basis. 

Stock ownership

Once annually, our staff have the opportunity to buy a fixed number of Belimo shares with a 30% discount.

Vacation

We offer all new employees 3 weeks of vacation time, and 5 personal/sick days annually.

Holidays

Each year we provide a new holiday calendar. Belimo US offers a total of 16 holidays.

Retirement

Belimo offers a competitive 6% company match on 401K contributions, which is immediately vested.

Modern work spaces

All our office buildings are equipped with ergonomic workstations with state of the art equipment.

Remote work

Eligible employees can work remotely up to 3 days per week, dependent on their position.

Trainings

We offer annual training events and support external training courses, either with a time or cost commitment.

Onboarding

New employees will participate in orientations with both Human Resources and IT, as well as be offered extensive training within their department upon hire. 

Parental leave

All employees are provided 10 days of paid Parental Leave for the birth or adoption of a child.  Other paid State Leave or Belimo Disability Programs may also apply if qualifications are met.

Catering

In Danbury, we run our company-subsizided “Belimo Bistro” offering breakfast and lunch daily. Furthermore we offer fresh fruit daily to employees at no cost.
