Working hours

We work 41 hours per week in a workload of 100%. One hour per week serves as lead time for 6-7 additional bridging days per year. 

Holidays

Depending on your age you will have 23 to 32 days of per year. Unpaid leave can be taken in consultation with the line manager.

Parental leave

Maternity leave - 16 weeks at 100% pay.
Paternity leave - 2 weeks at 100% pay or 3 weeks at 80% pay.

Remuneration

Time and market-driven remuneration including 13th-month salary and bonus system for all employees.

Remote work

Depending on the position full time employees can work remotely up to 3 days per week. It is also possible to work abroad up to 4 weeks per year.

You can use our fitness studio (incl. courses like TRX, spinning, etc.), join our soccer or ice hockey teams and participate in health programs.

Onboarding

New employees will be onboarded in an extensive individuel program. Furthermore they participate in a central Belimo introductory program.

Trainings

We offer annual training events and support external training courses, either with a time or cost commitment.

Insurances

The costs of accident insurance and sick leave insurance are fully covered by Belimo. The payment of salaries is guaranteed for 730 days.

Reka

Once a year Belimo employees have the opportunity to buy Reka money in the value of CHF 1'200 with a discount of 25% 

Events

Belimo regularly organizes events such as summer parties, team events and Christmas dinners for employees.
