The production plant of SwissCo Services in Sisseln, Switzerland runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
In order to meet their growing production demands, SwissCo makes it a priority to invest into optimizing the performance of their HVAC system. Besides the required ambient needs, the facility was challenged to optimize the energy efficiency of the cooling circuit while taking highest availability and maintenance requirements into account.

Belimo’s new butterfly valve assemblies are currently the most intelligent, energy efficient and reliable high flow solution in the HVAC market:

• 0% Leakage rate at 200 psi close-off pressure with self-adjusting valve design ensures reliable performance throughout the life of the valve

• Reduced height and weight of the actuator allows easy installation

• Flexible position indicator viewable from long distances for easy troubleshooting
