xBALL 1.0 is a compact control valve based on proven ball valve technology: robust, efficient, and ideal for classic HVAC applications.
xBALL 3.0
xBALL 3.0 functions as an intelligent expansion valve for easy integration into existing systems, compatible with all common third party actuators.
xBALL 4.0
xBALL 4.0 combines an expansion valve, integrated control unit and precise sensor technology (temperatur probe and pressure probe connection included in cable accessory) in one device: for maximum performance and full digitalization.

xBALL 1.0
Compact, robust, precise
The xBALL 1.0 is a controllable valve based on a ball valve – ideal for reliable, maintenance-free control applications in heating and cooling systems. Its compact design and high media resistance makes it the optimal solution for space-critical installation situations. Even when used with A2L and A3 refrigerants such as propane (R290), the xBALL 1.0 offers maximum safety and performance.

The xBALL 3.0 is an electronic expansion valve for precise refrigerant control in modern refrigeration and heat pump systems. It can be easily integrated into existing control systems and impresses with its high control accuracy – even when using future-proof refrigerants such as propane (R290). Compact, versatile, and ready for maximum efficiency with minimal space requirements.

xBALL 4.0
Intelligent control, compact solution, maximum control
The xBALL 4.0 is an electronic expansion valve based on proven ball valve technology, combined with a fully integrated control unit. This unique combination of robust valve mechanics and smart electronics makes it a forward-looking complete solution for modern refrigeration and heat pump systems.
What makes it special: Temperature and pressure sensors deliver their values directly to the actuator. There, the data is processed in real time and immediately converted into precise valve movements, without the need for an external control unit. The entire control logic is built into the xBALL 4.0 itself. This reduces complexity, saves space, and enables dynamic, energy-efficient operation while maintaining maximum system stability.
Even when used with natural, flammable refrigerants such as propane (R290), the xBALL 4.0 meets the highest safety and performance requirements – ideal for applications where safety, efficiency, and digitalization must go hand in hand.
The added value: fewer components, lower installation costs – while increasing efficiency, transparency, and control quality.

Multi-driver electronic expansion ball valve
xBALL 4.0 is an intelligent, electronic expansion valve for refrigeration systems that enables high energy savings through precise flow control and efficient partial load optimisation. It has an integrated controller that enables simple and precise control of the operating parameters directly on site. The integrated controller eliminates the additional need for an external control unit, resulting in lower overall costs and simplified system integration. Compatible with A2L/A3 refrigerants.
