Visit our headquarters in Hinwil and get to know us personally. Here at "LONGUS" in Hinwil, we manufacture, pack and ship up to 30,000 actuators for ventilation dampers and valves to our customers all over the world every day. That's 7 million per year! Before delivery, our actuators are checked to ensure that they are operating 100%.
Optimised workflows and our well-practiced, highly motivated team play a decisive role in this. Most of the actuator assembly is done by hand, but we also occasionally use robots for special work steps. The required components and also finished products are temporarily stored in automated high-bay warehouses, and the transport of goods at our headquarters is already largely fully automated.
Our customers appreciate the high quality of our products, our high delivery readiness and the reliability of our processes. In addition to the extensive research and development work, long-term tests in our special test laboratories contribute greatly to our ability to keep our promise of quality. Incidentally, we invest 7 - 8% of our sales in research and development - every year!

At our water wall we will show you how Belimo control devices simplify HVAC hydronics and how they can optimise the efficiency of your systems. Also of interest is the air handling unit and - especially for those interested in fire protection - the Safety Lab.
