Main responsibilities:

Promote the products, services and brand names actively and ensure that they are well known to all prospective customers

Support the existing customers in their sales objectives, both technically and also with marketing

Work out feasible business plans and support the implementation

Ensure that all customers have the required marketing, MARCOM and sales tools to achieve their set targets

Work closely with the Head of South East Asia in all the above-mentioned tasks

Requirements:

University degree in HVAC, Control System or related profession

Minimum 5 years of working experience as Sales Manager, preferably in HVAC controls related industry

Good command of written and spoken English

Self-motivated, patient, innovative, independent and able to work under pressure

Capture and document market requirements for new products

Requirements:

University degree in mechanical engineering or related profession and profound experience in HVAC applications

Knowledge of China and Asia Pacific HVAC markets

3-4 years working experience in HVAC industry

Experience in working with ERP-Systems (SAP preferred) is of advantage
