Human Resources Officer China (中国区人力资源主管) / Located in Shanghai
Main responsibilities: Responsible for assisting the HR Manager in the day-to-day running of HR operations HR administration (employee databases, payroll & social insurance management; preparation & consolidation of monthly headcount report) Key in personal particulars and other information pertaining to pay into payroll system Staff recruitment process support New employee training organization Requirements: Minimum College degree Preferably HRM or related field 2-3 years of working experience as HR Assistant or Officer MS Office proficiency is a must Experience in working with ERP-System (e.g. PeopleSoft, IPL) is of advantage Good understanding of labor laws and social insurances schemes in China Interpersonal, social and organizational skills Empathy
Product Manager - VAV (变风量系列产品经理) / Located in Shanghai
Main responsibilities: Develop a clear overall product portfolio strategy to ensure the customers have a complete range of products to meet the market needs Capture and document market requirements for new products Requirements: University degree in mechanical engineering or related profession and profound experience in HVAC applications Knowledge of China and Asia Pacific HVAC markets 3-4 years working experience in HVAC industry Experience in working with ERP-Systems (SAP preferred) is of advantage
Quality Manager (质量经理) / Located in Shanghai
Main responsibilities: Provide strategic lead in developing and shaping the quality assurance programs in the company Ensure conformity to product specifications, legislation and customer standards Maintain continuous improvement in the quality assurance aspects of the products Work closely with the production team and vendors to drive towards continuous improvement Investigate and resolve product quality issues Requirements: University degree in mechanical engineering, electronics or electrical engineering Profound experience in HVAC applications Knowledge of China and Asia Pacific HVAC markets Minimum 5 years working experience in quality management in an international manufacturing company Experience in working with ERP-Systems (SAP preferred) is of advantage
