Product Manager

Location: China, Shanghai

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.  Work with Sales teams and Key Customers in China to pro-actively obtain market trends and requirements for future product needs within a defined product or application family

2.  Develop a clear overall product portfolio strategy to ensure that our Customers have a complete range of products to meet the target markets needs.

3.  Capture and document market requirements for new products.

4.  Lead the marketing and general project management process and ensure that the new products meet market requirement and the profitability and strategic targets.

5.  Introduce new products to the Sales teams and Key Customers and support them in the introduction of new products to their customers.

6.  Support Sales teams and Key Customers in marketing existing products in providing clear technical and sales documentation, effective training, appropriate promotion material, etc.

7.  Monitor and optimize the volume and profitability of the product family.

8.  Provide fast feedback and product support to Sales teams and Key Customers where required in day-to-day business, working together with the technical responsible person.

9.  Ensure a timely sales delivery to Sales teams and Key Customers in conjunction with the logistics team.

10.Ensure a smooth phasing out of obsolete or replaced products.

11.Takes up tasks and assignment as and when assigned by the Head of Product Care.

12.Build up close relation and get regular updated from CH HQ SVT teams.

13.Be a productive team member of the product management team.

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

-      Major in Automation or HVAC engineering

-      Bachelor degree or above

-      More than 5 years working experience in HVAC industry or related field

-      Good knowledge of main systems and communication protocol in HVAC and good at system debugging

-      Good command of written and spoken English

-      Proficiency in computer operation and work related applications (especially in MS Office)

-      SAP and CRM knowledge of advantage

-      Persuasive ability and ability to interface with customers, suppliers on a professional level

-      Thinking and acting in consideration of networked structures

-      Good Communication and Interpersonal skills

-      Willingness to travel

Contracting Account Manager

Location: China,  Shenzhen, Wuhan,  Guangzhou

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.   Achieve sales target according to company's strategy and policy ;

2.  Cover projects for the responsible region and directly participant key projects.

3.  Widely introduce PI products in the responsible region according to the company sales strategy.

4.  Manager and coordinate with distributors and projects partners.

5.  Keep close cooperation with related teams in the company and serve as a bridge between distributers and the company.

6.  Keep all customers information & data in CRM & update them on regular base;

7.  Other works assigned by company.

 

Requirements:

 

-      College degree or higher education in HVAC, automation or engineering. Second or more majors are favourable.

-      Min. 3-year experience in HVAC control related industry.

-      HVAC control products knowledge.

-      Good knowledge of regional HVAC business, connections and competitions.

-      Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.

-      Energetic and willing to take high responsibilities.

-      Entrepreneur thinking and market orientated.

-      Loyal and high integrity.

Customer Services Representative

Location: China,  Nanjing

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.  Work with PM to develop the documents related to application, selection, installation and maintenance of products;

2. Work with the sales team to provide enough products training to the customers;

3. Provide products specifications & information related necessary to customers through the sales team;

4. Work with the designing team of customers and give solutions on  how to select right products for an application and or develop new application for a product;

5. Visit job site to check the installation condition if necessary;

6. Pay a regular visit to the job site and make a collection to a defect if there is any;

7. Work with quality team to deal with customers complaint and warranty claims timely and keep all information related in CRM system, and feedback info to PM if necessary;

8. Keep all customers/products information & data in CRM & update them on regular base;

9. Other workers from company

 

Requirements:

 

-      College degree or above, major in Automation or HVAC engineering,

-      5 years working experience in technical or related field

-      Good command of written, spoken and listening English

-      Very good command of written spoken and listening Mandarin

-      Proficiency in computer operation and work related applications.

-      Good computer skills, especially in MS Office and AUTO CAD

-      Persistence to get to the bottom of problems

-      Thinking and acting in consideration of networked structures

-      Skill in evaluating risks and making decisions accordingly Social skills

-      Interpersonal skills

-      Willingness to travel (10-20%)

National Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.    Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targeted product and market position for his/her assigned Business region.

2.  Works out feasible regional Business sales and expenses budgets and supports the accomplishments of them.

3.  Ensure adequate availability of suitable physical infrastructure such as office, engineering or warehousing space, IT infrastructure, etc. for Belimo support business.

4.  Active participation in the development of the distribution policy for each sales area in his/her region.

5.  Ongoing evaluation of the company’s market share position in his/her assigned region.

6.  Recommend pricing strategies and sales policies for all sales channels in his/her Divisional Unit to the Head of the Business Unit South West Asia.

7.  Support of the Sales- offices and Key Customers in the areas of Sales & Marketing, and product knowledge and application.

8.  Planning and active participation in national/regional shows.

9.  Coordinates his/her Divisional efforts and shares the best practice with other regional Business Managers within South West Asia

10. Coordination with the Communication department in the efficient use of communication tools and efficient printing of documentation and advertising materials.

11. Leads proactively a team of Regional Business Development Executives and supports them by achieving the goals.

12. Foster a proactive and professional working culture within his/her Business region and their customers.

 

 

Requirements:

 

-      Major in Building Automation or HVAC engineering

-      B.E.(Electronics/Instrumentation/Mech) degree or above

-      15 years working experience in HVAC/Building Automation or related field

-      Good command of written and spoken English

-      Proficiency in computer operation and work related applications (especially in MS Office )

-      SAP and CRM knowledge of advantage

-      Persuasive ability and ability to interface with customers, suppliers on a professional level

-      Thinking and acting in consideration of networked structures

-      Skill in evaluating risks and making decisions accordingly

-      Good Communication and Interpersonal skills

-      Willingness to travel

Customer Support Engineer

Location: Mumbai

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.    Attend technical issues at site

2.  Give guidance over phone to resolve issues

3.  Co-ordinate with BMS provider for integration of VAV's, BTU Meters, Energy valve and wireless sensors into their system

4.  Make technical presentations

5.  Impart technical training

 

Requirements:

 

-      University- Bachelor Degree in E. Instrumentation / Diploma in Electronics

-      3-5 years in HVAC controls 

-      Good knowledge in HVAC products

-      Hands-on experience in trouble shooting in HVAC products particular in damper actuators, control and motorized butterfly valves

-      Hands-on experience in trouble shooting in thermostats, controllers and sensors

-      Knowledge in integration of VAV, BTU meters and wireless sensors in BMS preferred
