Marketing Communications Manager China (Shanghai)

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.    Definition and execution of the annual MARCOM plan for Markets China

2.  Execute marketing initiatives and action plans for achieving market growth and brand development for China

3.  Plan, organize and manage marketing communications tools in alignment with business and product strategy, distribution policy, and Group level strategies.

4.  Conduct marketing campaigns through agents and every touch point to customers, to ensure internal (Country Heads, Sales Managers, Product Managers) and external customer satisfaction

5.  Manage external vendors and partners to achieve operational excellences in marketing programs

6.  Monitor and evaluate marketing activity results with Sales Managers, Product Management, and HVAC business applications 

7.  Prepare press release and relationship building with HVAC related professional institutions and universities

8.  Work closely with relevant departments for internal communications

9.  Develop and manage annual marketing budgets and monitor expenditures of Market China

10. Ensure adherence to corporate brand image and communication guidelines throughout the AP region

11. Manage the China Marketing Newsletter and WeChat broadcasts

 

 

Requirements:

 

-      University degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration

-      Min. 5 years of experience in similar position; working in engineering / manufacturing industry with HVAC experiences preferred

-      Proven ability and successful track record on brand building through marketing tactics

-      Hands-on experience in broad range of marketing functions such as event management, advertising and PR and coordination with vendors

-      Working experience in a managerial role in MNCs is an advantage

-      Demonstrated ability to be proactive and effective in communication with people from different cultural backgrounds

-      Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English

-      Strong marketing sense, creative and independent

-      initiative and resourceful with personal commitment

-     Team player and strong interpersonal skills

-      Integrity and act in an authentic manner

IT Supporter (Shanghai)

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.    Maintain the company's information system

2.  Provide daily technical support on hardware, software, networking monitoring and computer service to end-user via phone and direct approach

3.  Management and maintenance for the internal web, database and IT hardware

4.  Install, test and maintain PC's and notebook's hardware and software

5.  Management and maintenance for telephone system and print equipment

6.  Maintain the LAN and WAN System to ensure reliable and uninterrupted transmission

7.  Manage and maintain MS Windows server and file server

8.  Perform daily heath checking on system server, software infrastructure and networking

9.  Support for Win10/7/NT/XP based network

10. Develop required skills and competences

11. Ensure professional standards, policies etc. are in place and applied

12. Prepare the system user guide and documentation

13. Give professional IT guideline/ introduction to users

14. IT tools training regular updates to users

15. Perform ad-hoc task as per direct supervisor request

 

 

Requirements:

 

-       Graduated from Information Technology

-       Deep operational knowledge

-       2 year's solid experience in the field of Information Technology

-       HTML programming

-       Hands-on Experience in IT infrastructural installation and setting up computer systems and good knowledge in PC and end users support

-       Supporting and troubleshooting skills in Windows server, Windows 10/7/NT/XP & MS office

-       Experience in networking (LAN/WAN, switch, router, etc.) is an advantage

-       Very good command of written and spoken English (minimum CET-6)

-       Working experience in International Companies is of advantage

Sales Engineer (New Taipei City)

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.    Responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies in the assigned business area

2.    Increase market shares by selling and promote company products

3.  Provide support to customers in product knowledge and applications

4.  Provide technical on-side support to our customers if needed

5.  Support on customers with technical solutions in the tender process

6.  Assist customers in order process queries and logistics matters

7.  Plan and participate actively in national shows and exhibitions

 

Requirements:

 

-        University degree in HVAC, Control System or related profession

-        Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in HVAC controls related industry

-        Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

-        Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills

-        Independent, initiative and resourceful with positive mindset

Technical Sales Support Engineer (Jakarta)

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.    Providing high-quality technical support, perform a wide range of activities on Belimo Control Valves + Actuators and Competitor products Analysis including technical market research, technical requirements and competitive analysis, solution implementation, benchmark and effectiveness testing of products.

2.  Contact and call on consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, architects, utility companies, and owners to achieve annual sales and gross margin goals.

3.  Conduct sales, design, and application training to above reference key decision makers

4.  Work with specifying engineers and design-build contractors to help specify the Valves & Actuators products

5.  Engaged in design and creation of technical marketing materials for Sales and marketing to positively influence the sale activities

6.  Engage and participate in providing training to customers as required

7.  Have the capabilities of independent study, research, and authoring competitive technical marketing documents

8.  Explore new ways of improving existing products and services as a way of increasing profitability

9.  Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps. Must be able to identify and resolve customer engagement issues; Escalate if appropriate.

10. Compliance with cooperation policy like ASHRAE Standards, HSE laws & regulation and HR code of conducts etc.

 

Requirements:

 

-       2 years or above of proven technical sales, HVAC technical products experiences

-       Diploma of higher in Mechanical Engineering preferred or a similar technical discipline, with 2+ to 7+ years of HVAC, Refrigeration, or Controls/BMS experience

-       Possess a strong passion & have solid understanding of HVAC principles

-       Verifiable experience with specified products

-       Strong presentation skills

-       Proficient with a PC and Microsoft Office applications

-       Strong work ethic, responsible, self-accountability,

-       Customer focused, reliable, flexible and cooperative.

-       Ability to work well within a team as well as on own

-       Possess with valid driving license in Indonesia

Customer Support Engineer (Mumbai)

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.    Attend technical issues at site

2.  Give guidance over phone to resolve issues

3.  Co-ordinate with BMS provider for integration of VAV's, BTU Meters, Energy valve and wireless sensors into their system

4.  Make technical presentations

5.  Impart technical training

 

Requirements:

 

-      University- Bachelor Degree in E. Instrumentation / Diploma in Electronics

-      3-5 years in HVAC controls 

-      Good knowledge in HVAC products

-      Hands-on experience in trouble shooting in HVAC products particular in damper actuators, control and motorized butterfly valves

-      Hands-on experience in trouble shooting in thermostats, controllers and sensors

-      Knowledge in integration of VAV, BTU meters and wireless sensors in BMS preferred

National Sales Manager (Mumbai)

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.    Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targeted product and market position for his/her assigned Business region.

2.  Works out feasible regional Business sales and expenses budgets and supports the accomplishments of them.

3.  Ensure adequate availability of suitable physical infrastructure such as office, engineering or warehousing space, IT infrastructure, etc. for Belimo support business.

4.  Active participation in the development of the distribution policy for each sales area in his/her region.

5.  Ongoing evaluation of the company's market share position in his/her assigned region.

6.  Recommend pricing strategies and sales policies for all sales channels in his/her Divisional Unit to the Head of the Business Unit South West Asia.

7.  Support of the Sales- offices and Key Customers in the areas of Sales & Marketing, and product knowledge and application.

8.  Planning and active participation in national/regional shows.

9.  Coordinates his/her Divisional efforts and shares the best practice with other regional Business Managers within South West Asia

10. Coordination with the Communication department in the efficient use of communication tools and efficient printing of documentation and advertising materials.

11. Leads proactively a team of Regional Business Development Executives and supports them by achieving the goals.

12. Foster a proactive and professional working culture within his/her Business region and their customers.

 

Requirements:

 

-      Major in Building Automation or HVAC engineering degree or above

-      15 years working experience in HVAC/Building Automation or related field

-      Good command of written and spoken English

-      Proficiency in computer operation and work related applications (especially in MS Office )

-      SAP and CRM knowledge of advantage

-      Persuasive ability and ability to interface with customers, suppliers on a professional level

-      Thinking and acting in consideration of networked structures

-      Skill in evaluating risks and making decisions accordingly

-      Good Communication and Interpersonal skills

-      Willingness to travel
