Regional Application Consultant

 

Location: China, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Beijing, Guangzhou, Wuhan

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.  Establish good and lasting relationships with designing institutes and consulting firms and maintain such relationships.

2.  Promote Belimo products to be in brand libraries of consulting firms in specific projects.

3.  Help sales engineers to coordinate problems with designing institutes, consulting firms according to the arrangement of the regional manager.

4.  Promote products and solutions to designing institutes and consulting firms.

5.  Provide technical support for regional OEM team’s sales promotion activity.

6.  Collect and analyse information of important constructions and projects in the region.

7.  Support new product projects in the practical operating aspects, including:

8.  Write and compile articles for the company.

 

 

Requirements:

 

-      Bachelor in HVAC related majors from a full-time university (4 or 5 years) or above;

-      Working experience of HVAC designing in the domestic large-scale designing institutes or similar positions in real estate industry; intermediate title;

-      Strong knowledge of professional business knowledge.

-      At least 5 years relevant working experience.

-      Familiar with the main equipment of central air conditioning project and their designing parameters, operating parameters, operating conditions. At least include:

-      Familiar with work process of a designing institute, understand the relevant national design specifications and standards;

-      Capable of using AutoCAD, Tengen and other mapping software;

-      Good ability of reading technical drawings, familiar with equipment selection and understanding of professional installation methods;

-      Proficient in using PowerPoint;

-      Good and normal command of word expression; Fluent Mandarin;

-      Capable of reading and understanding ordinary English technical data of the HVAC and valve;

-      Willing to travel frequently. Acceptance of the length of business travels, which is not less than 15 working days per month. (The actual length of the travel time is determined by the regional manager as long as the time in no more than 15 days per month.)

Product Manager

Location: China, Shanghai

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.  Work with Sales teams and Key Customers in China to pro-actively obtain market trends and requirements for future product needs within a defined product or application family

2.  Develop a clear overall product portfolio strategy to ensure that our Customers have a complete range of products to meet the target markets needs.

3.  Capture and document market requirements for new products.

4.  Lead the marketing and general project management process and ensure that the new products meet market requirement and the profitability and strategic targets.

5.  Introduce new products to the Sales teams and Key Customers and support them in the introduction of new products to their customers.

6.  Support Sales teams and Key Customers in marketing existing products in providing clear technical and sales documentation, effective training, appropriate promotion material, etc.

7.  Monitor and optimize the volume and profitability of the product family.

8.  Provide fast feedback and product support to Sales teams and Key Customers where required in day-to-day business, working together with the technical responsible person.

9.  Ensure a timely sales delivery to Sales teams and Key Customers in conjunction with the logistics team.

10.Ensure a smooth phasing out of obsolete or replaced products.

11.Takes up tasks and assignment as and when assigned by the Head of Product Care.

12.Build up close relation and get regular updated from CH HQ SVT teams.

13.Be a productive team member of the product management team.

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

-      Major in Automation or HVAC engineering

-      Bachelor degree or above

-      More than 5 years working experience in HVAC industry or related field

-      Good knowledge of main systems and communication protocol in HVAC and good at system debugging

-      Good command of written and spoken English

-      Proficiency in computer operation and work related applications (especially in MS Office)

-      SAP and CRM knowledge of advantage

-      Persuasive ability and ability to interface with customers, suppliers on a professional level

Contracting Account Manager

Customer Services Representative

Location: China, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Nanjing, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.  Work with PM to develop the documents related to application, selection, installation and maintenance of products;

2. Work with the sales team to provide enough products training to the customers;

3. Provide products specifications & information related necessary to customers through the sales team;

4. Work with the designing team of customers and give solutions on  how to select right products for an application and or develop new application for a product;

5. Visit job site to check the installation condition if necessary;

6. Pay a regular visit to the job site and make a collection to a defect if there is any;

7. Work with quality team to deal with customers complaint and warranty claims timely and keep all information related in CRM system, and feedback info to PM if necessary;

8. Keep all customers/products information & data in CRM & update them on regular base;

Requirements:

 

-      College degree or above, major in Automation or HVAC engineering,

-      5 years working experience in technical or related field

-      Good command of written, spoken and listening English

-      Very good command of written spoken and listening Mandarin

Accountant

Location: China, Shanghai

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.  Review payment information according to suppliers' account period and arrange payment plan;

2. Pay online by RMB once a week(except special payment); print bank receipt; check in payment list;

3. Work out bank payment vouchers. Finish vouchers input in SAP system in the next day after payment;

4.  Review company account balance in the end of each month. Make sure that bank statement match the account balance in SAP system;

5.  Binding vouchers of the previous month before the 10th of each month;

6.  Collect customs declaration forms, import invoices and contracts, fill in the foreign currency payment request, complete the overseas payment

7.  Processing invoices from Purchasing timely, input them into SAP system no later than the next day of receiving;

8.  Review advanced payment regularly, clear advance payment and account payable on time; track advanced payment of which the invoice has not been received for a long time;

9.  Draw up aging list for suppliers after account closing in the beginning of the next month, analysis and follow up it.

10. Track estimated cost in the previous month of which the invoice has not been received, clear estimated cost on time.

11. Draw up the detailed list of fixed assets; tracking and stocktaking of fixed assets;

12. Prepare itemized list of prepaid expenses and complete OPOR registration;

13. Make transfer vouchers for all cost;

14. Make general ledger vouchers (amortization, depreciation, etc.);

15. Timely authentication of VAT invoice and input tax list in customs VAT tax entry system in the end of every month, and review for matching SAP;

16. Non-trade related works. Assignments including tax bureau approval, tax payment, bank payment arrangement, etc.

17. Review the cost of main business and know the change of cost

18. Apply financial incentives to local bureau of finance;

19. Tax declaration

20. (monthly VAT declaration, fiscal statement declaration, monthly tax declaration for Beijing Branch, tax declaration for Guangzhou Branch in the end of a year);

21. Support the Finance Supervisor in yearly auditing, settlement and payment of enterprise income tax and other works;

22. Other works assigned by the Finance Supervisor.

 

 

Requirements:

 

-      Minimum college education in finance, accounting or banking related majors

-      Accountant Qualification Certificate holder

-      At least 3-year working experience in foreign company; more than 1-year GL experience is preferred

-      Experience in import and export, foreign trade or accounting is preferred

-      Capable of office software, especially MS office (Excel and Word)

-      Good command of Mandarin and English

-      Capable of SAP system

-      Familiar with Chinese laws and regulations of finance and able to apply them to daily work

Technical Sales Support Engineer (Jakarta)

Location: Jakarta

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.    Providing high-quality technical support, perform a wide range of activities on Belimo Control Valves + Actuators and Competitor products Analysis including technical market research, technical requirements and competitive analysis, solution implementation, benchmark and effectiveness testing of products.

2.  Contact and call on consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, architects, utility companies, and owners to achieve annual sales and gross margin goals.

3.  Conduct sales, design, and application training to above reference key decision makers

4.  Work with specifying engineers and design-build contractors to help specify the Valves & Actuators products

5.  Engaged in design and creation of technical marketing materials for Sales and marketing to positively influence the sale activities

6.  Engage and participate in providing training to customers as required

7.  Have the capabilities of independent study, research, and authoring competitive technical marketing documents

8.  Explore new ways of improving existing products and services as a way of increasing profitability

9.  Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps. Must be able to identify and resolve customer engagement issues; Escalate if appropriate.

10. Compliance with cooperation policy like ASHRAE Standards, HSE laws & regulation and HR code of conducts etc.

 

Requirements:

 

-       2 years or above of proven technical sales, HVAC technical products experiences

-       Diploma of higher in Mechanical Engineering preferred or a similar technical discipline, with 2+ to 7+ years of HVAC, Refrigeration, or Controls/BMS experience

-       Possess a strong passion & have solid understanding of HVAC principles

-       Verifiable experience with specified products

-       Strong presentation skills

-       Proficient with a PC and Microsoft Office applications

-       Strong work ethic, responsible, self-accountability,

-       Customer focused, reliable, flexible and cooperative.

-       Ability to work well within a team as well as on own

-       Possess with valid driving license in Indonesia

-      Good knowledge in HVAC products

-      Hands-on experience in trouble shooting in HVAC products particular in damper actuators, control and motorized butterfly valves

-      Hands-on experience in trouble shooting in thermostats, controllers and sensors

-      Knowledge in integration of VAV, BTU meters and wireless sensors in BMS preferred
