Warehouse Production Supervisor / Located in Melbourne
Main responsibilities: Supervising of a small team Customer service Production and assembly of HVAC products Picking, packing and light assembly for sales orders Counting inventory and correcting stock and storage errors Electronically testing products to ensure working ability Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment Operating forklift and semi-automatic/manual machinery and tools. Requirements: Accuracy and attention to detail are essential Mechanical aptitude a necessity Current forklift licence essential or training will be provided Good organizational skills Strong leadership skills and the confidence to supervise personnel Good communication, literacy and IT skills A solid understanding and commitment to Occupational Health & Safety A strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and a desire to be in a long term position.
Internal Sales Located in Melbourne
Main responsibilities: Supporting customers, offering solutions and product support Implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve targeted products and market position Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Strong computer literacy in both Word and Excel Ability to work in a team Sales experience is preferred Mechanical / electrical knowledge is helpful Prior experience in the HVAC industry is beneficial but not essential A strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and a desire to be in a long term position.
Product Manager - VAV (变风量系列产品经理) / Located in Shanghai
Main responsibilities: Develop a clear overall product portfolio strategy to ensure the customers have a complete range of products to meet the market needs Capture and document market requirements for new products Requirements: University degree in mechanical engineering or related profession and profound experience in HVAC applications Knowledge of China and Asia Pacific HVAC markets 3-4 years working experience in HVAC industry Experience in working with ERP-Systems (SAP preferred) is of advantage
Quality Manager (质量经理) / Located in Shanghai
Main responsibilities: Provide strategic lead in developing and shaping the quality assurance programs in the company Ensure conformity to product specifications, legislation and customer standards Maintain continuous improvement in the quality assurance aspects of the products Work closely with the production team and vendors to drive towards continuous improvement Investigate and resolve product quality issues Requirements: University degree in mechanical engineering, electronics or electrical engineering Profound experience in HVAC applications Knowledge of China and Asia Pacific HVAC markets Minimum 5 years working experience in quality management in an international manufacturing company Experience in working with ERP-Systems (SAP preferred) is of advantage
